what if your boss treats you different that someone else.. he allows a colleague to be late, but writes you up
I would quit the job and tell my boss to go to hell. If i don't do so i would continue working if I make a good amount of money in the job. Maybe I would tell him why he does that, I would feel sad and I would be searching for a new job.
Julio, I think you need to follow Maribel's suggestion and write more. I cannot give you a grade on a post with only one sentence. Also, I think you should think through your answers because although you might not be happy with something your boss does, there are ways to approach the situation where you might be able to bring out better working conditions instead of walking out and ending a job and probably potential references for a new job. Right now you are not supporting yourself, so the other aspect is that you might not be able to quit because of financial responsibilities that you are bound to have when you are out on your own.
I mean in a world of jobs you cant say that without risking your job. Yes its bad that your boss can have favorites but it seems that you need to write more
I agree with you. I would be really upset too. I wouldn't like my boss to have favorites but yet you have to deal with .the situation very calmly and stay professional

Yea being professional is always the right thing to do, but some people get on your nerves and push you too muchh. Which leads a person to react the way Julio says.
I would still keep doing my job ,but if the boss keeps treating me different for no reason then I'll possibly end up leaving. Do what Maribel says Julio and write more.
Instead of doing that you could try to talk to him about it and if that doesn't work then complain to your bosses boss. If he ends up getting away with it still the is probably do what you just said.
Lol Julio I would do the same thing but you need to write more!! I hate people who discriminate!

ReplyDeleteTrue but I wouldnt tell my boss that because it would make you bad. I would just talk to him and demand more respect and equality.
